I have used the machine primarily for embroidery since I purchased it 09/23/10 and I would say that it has had moderate use in the 7 months I've owned it. I am also a quilter, so it has been used some for piecing quilts, but by far, it's greatest use has been for embroidery. I take good care of my machines; I change the needle and lubricate them every time I use them, and if it's a lengthy session, I oil them again during the session.
