We need people who are passionate about life and love to live it to the fullest. The Best Spot to go .com needs Hospitality Talent Scouts to source the best spots to go in your town or city. This is similar to our scout bonus where a fee is paid for recommending a business who then joins us as a member. The Hospitality Talent Scout however involves more insight into our company and the service industry as a whole. Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is necessary and you must either have people management or sales skills.
The right candidates will be given a territory to represent. You are responsible for finding and approaching "The Best Spots to go" and securing their membership with our website. You will conduct yourself in a manner conducive to our policies set out to you and in return will receive a straight percentage of the joining fee once we receive the full amount from the client. Itīs very simple; the more you get to join our site, the more money you make (some recommendations may not be invited to be a member).
You must have management skills and experience in sales, tour management or hospitality industry.
